YOU ARE UNIQUE,
        DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF
        TO OTHERS..

ન્યુયોર્ક કેલીફોર્નિયા કરતા ૩ કલાક આગળ છે ( સમય) પણ એનો મતલબ એવો બિલકુલ નથી કે કેલીફોર્નિયા સ્લો છે.. અને એવુ પણ નથી કે ન્યુ યોર્ક ફાસ્ટ છે. બંને પોતપોતાના “TIMEZONE” પ્રમાણે કામ કરે છે. 

કોઇક હજુ પણ સિંગલ છે તો કોઇક એ મેરેજ કરી લીધા છે.. કોઇક એ લગન પછી ૧૦ વર્ષ સુધી બેબી માટે રાહ જોઇ છે તો કોઇક એ લગનના એક જ વર્ષમાં બેબી થઇ ગયુ છે.. 

કોઇકએ ૨૨  વર્ષે ગ્રેજ્યુએશન પુરુ કર્યુ અને નોકરી મેળવતા ૫ વર્ષ લાગી ગયા તો કોઇક એવા પણ છે જેમને ૨૭ વર્ષે ગ્રેજ્યુએશન પુરુ કર્યુ અને તરત જ જોબ સિક્યોર કરી લીધી.. 

કોઇક ૨૫ વર્ષની ઉમંરે કંપનીના CEO બનીને ૫૦ વર્ષ જીવ્યા અને કોઇક એવા પણ છે જે ૫૦ વર્ષે CEO બન્યા અને ૯૦ વર્ષ સુધી જીવ્યા.  દરેક વસ્તુ અને વ્યક્તિ પોતાના “TIMEZONE” પ્રમાણે કામ કરે છે... 

દરેક કામ એના “TIMEZONE” પ્રમાણે થઇ જાય છે.. 
તમારા સહકર્મીઓ, મિત્રો, રીલેટીવ્ઝમાં ઘણી વાર તમારાથી જીવનમાં આગળ વધી ગયા હોય એમ લાગે છે તો કેટલાક પાછળ રહી ગયા હોય એમ લાગે છે..પણ એવુ નથી, દરેક વ્યક્તિ પોતાની રેસ, પેસ અને “TIMEZONE”  પ્રમાણે ચાલે કે દોડે છે.. ગોડ હેઝ અ ડીફરન્ટ પ્લાન ફોર એવરીવન.. 

તફાવત ખાલી સમયનો છે.. ઓબામા 55 વર્ષે રીટાયર્ડ થાય છે તો એજ પદવીએ ટ્રમ્પ ૭૦ એ સ્ટાર્ટ કરે છે.. 

તો કોઇને આવી પરિસ્થિતિ માટે ઇર્ષા કે શાપ આપવાની જરુર નથી.. એ લોકો એમના “TIMEZONE”માં છે અને તમે તમારા !!!!! 

Hold on, be strong, and stay tune to yourself, all things shall work together for your good…

તમે વહેલા પણ નથી કે મોડા પણ નથી .. યુ આર વેરીમચ ઓન યોર ટાઇમ !!! stay blessed.. YOU ARE IN YOUR TIMEZONE….. !!!

Team Spirit

A business man gets stranded in a lonely highway in the US. The tyres of his car get stuck badly in a mud pool. He looks around for help and finally finds an old farmer. This businessman goes to him asking for help to get his car out of the mud. Farmer gauges the situation, and agrees to help him and says, let us take the help of warwick. Warwick was an old bull around, but the helpless business man agrees.

The farmer ties the bull to the car and start shouting loudly,’ FRED, PULL!.. JACK, PULL!.. JOHN, PULL... WARWICK, PULL’. As the farmer keeps shouting these words, the bull Warwick gets the car out of the pool of mud. Businessman is relieved but has a doubt in his mind. He thanks the farmer and asks him,’ you said the bull’s name was Warwick, and he was alone, then who were these Fred, Jack & John?’ Farmer coolly answered, "See, Warwick is old and is also blind. He does not know he is pulling this car alone. The moment he hears the other names, he thinks he is in a team, and he gives his best".

MORAL: So is the case with all of us. The very thought that there are people to help us blesses us with a great deal of comfort, hope, confidence and enthuses us to put our heart and soul into any task that we undertake. Indeed, greatest civilizations have always been built on the foundations of a greater level of cooperation from their citizens, and the smartest animals we know — apes, elephants, wolves, dolphins, and crows — tend to live together in cooperative groups and work together for survival. As H. E. Luccock said, “No one can whistle a symphony. It takes an orchestra to play it.”  It's not without reason that the very word TEAM is said to stand for "Together Everyone Achieves More".

Wonderful story….with POWERFUL lesson

A woman baked chapatti (roti) for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby. She kept the extra chapatti on the window sill, for whosoever would take it away. Every day, a hunchback came and took away the chapatti. Instead of expressing gratitude, he muttered the following words as he went his way: “The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!” This went on, day after day. Every day, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and uttered the words:

“The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!” The woman felt irritated. “Not a word of gratitude,” she said to herself… “Everyday this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean?” One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him. “I shall get rid of this hunchback,” she said. And what did she do? She added poison to the chapatti she prepared for him!

As she was about to keep it on the window sill, her hands trembled. “What is this I am doing?” she said. Immediately, she threw the chapatti into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window sill. As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and muttered the words: “The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!”

The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman. Every day, as the woman placed the chapatti on the window sill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months, she had no news of him.. She prayed for his safe return.

.

That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak. As he saw his mother, he said, “Mom, it’s a miracle I’m here. While I was but a mile away, I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by. I begged of him for a morsel of food, and he was kind enough to give me a whole chapatti. As he gave it to me, he said, “This is what I eat everyday: today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!”

.

”As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale. She leaned against the door for support. She remembered the poisoned chapatti that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt it in the fire, it would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life!

.

It was then that she realized the significance of the words: “The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!” Do good and Don’t ever stop doing good, even if it is not appreciated at that time.

Why give up. You don’t have To

One day a young lady was driving along with her father. They came upon a storm, and the young lady asked her father, What should I do?” He said “keep driving”.

 .

Cars began to pull over to the side, the storm was Getting worse. “What should I do.” The young lady asked? “Keep driving,” her father replied.

 .

 On up a few feet, she noticed that eighteen wheelers were also pulling over. She told her dad, “I must pull over, I can barely see ahead. It is Terrible, and everyone is pulling over!”

.

Her father told her, “Don’t give up, just keep driving!” Now the storm was terrible, but she never stopped driving, and soon she Could see a little more clearly. 

 .

After a couple of miles she was again on Dry land, and the sun came out. Her father said, “Now you can pull over and get out.” She said “But why now?” He said “When you get out, look back at all the people that gave up and are Still in the storm, because you never gave up your storm is now over.

 .

 This is a testimony for anyone who is going through “hard times”. Just because everyone else, even the strongest, gives up. You don’t have To… if you keep going, soon your storm will be over and the sun will shine Upon your face again. This story touched me, I hope it touched you, too !

What to do with Problems?

Read this small story

Hope that makes a BIG change in YOU.

The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students “How much do you think this glass weighs?”

’50gms!’…..’100gms!’…..’125gms’ ….the students answered.

“I really don’t know unless I weigh it,” said the professor, “but, my question is: What would happen if I hel the it up like this for a few minutes?”

‘Nothing’ …..the students said.

‘Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?’ the professor asked.

‘Your arm would begin to ache’ said one of the student.

“You’re right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?”

“Your arm could go numb; you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!”

….. Ventured another student & all the students laughed

“Very good. But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?” Asked the professor.

‘No’…. Was the answer.

“Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?” The students were puzzled.

“What should I do now to come out of pain?” asked professor again.

“Put the glass down!” said one of the students “Exactly!” said the professor.

Life’s problems are something like this.

Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK. Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.

Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you.

You will not be able to do anything. It’s important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ‘PUT THEM DOWN’ at the

end of every day before you go to sleep… That way, you are not stressed,

you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way! So, when you start your day today, Remember friend to "PUT THE GLASS DOWN TODAY!"
